Property Appraisals
A property appraisal can be a great way to determine your homes current value. You may be considering a move, wanting to re-finance your mortgage, draw some equity to purchase an investment property or simply just curious - no matter the reason the process is super easy.

Desktop Appraisal - We can appraise your home based only on recent sales in the area and a quick over-the-phone description from you.

Virtual Appraisal - We can conduct an appraisal utilising your mobile device via Facetime or Whatsapp. This gives us a better understanding of your homes features.

Face-To-Face Appraisal - This is by far the best method as we can really get a sense of what your home has to offer and gives you the opportunity to ask any relevant questions you might have. It can take as little as 15 minutes and you won't be continually harrassed by us afterwards.​
Quarterly Updates
Quarterly Updates are great if you're thinking of making a move in the future but just wanting to research the market now or again maybe you're just curious. This is a very low-key service that we provide. You will receive a text message every 3 months or so with all the relevant sales in your area. That's it!
